濟南恒思盛大臥式拉力試驗機數據顯示窗口介紹

     臥式電子拉力試驗機的控制系統主要包括菜單欄，數據顯示窗口，曲線顯示窗口，控制窗口。每個窗口都有各自特殊的功用，之前我們介紹過摩擦磨損試驗機的控制系統。

該系列試驗機的控制系統與其基本類似，但拉伸試驗和摩擦試驗測量的數據不一樣，因此數據窗口也是不相同的。萬能拉力試驗機摩擦試驗所要顯示的數據包括摩擦力，轉速，溫度，報警等，而拉伸試驗所要顯示的數據如下：

     第一、負荷值測量顯示單元：實時顯示負荷值的測量值，即試驗過程中不同階段的力值，主要有破型判斷、調零、峰值等，按下調零按鈕顯示值歸零，破型判斷按鈕可切換破斷保護功能，而峰值顯示試樣所能達到的力值。

     第三、變形測量顯示值：實時顯示引伸計標距內試樣的變形測量值，按下調零按鈕顯示值歸零；當變形值達到試樣變形值要求時，此時可以摘掉引伸計了，在摘掉引伸計之前須按下摘引伸計按鈕使引伸計停止計數，同時，在此期間控制狀態處于”負荷保載”。

    第四、注意：摘下引伸計重新啟動后，位移值代替了變形值，即變形顯示表頭顯示的是位移值！

時間顯示窗口：其顯示的時間是從按下 啟動 按鈕，當軟件開始采集數據后至試驗結束時的時間。注意：在試驗過程中力、位移、變形等的 調零 按鈕將不起作用。

Fourth, pay attention to: pick the extensometer is restarted, the displacement value instead of the value of deformation, deformation indicator shows the displacement value!

時間顯示窗口：其顯示的時間是從按下 啟動 按鈕，當軟件開始采集數據后至試驗結束時的時間。注意：在試驗過程中力、位移、變形等的 調零 按鈕將不起作用。
